Dominique's 2021 Epineuil Rouge is a lights-out Pinot Noir that is not to be overlooked by the winemaker's fantastic whites. Made from partial whole-cluster fermentation, this is a gorgeous, crunchy Pinot Noir with beautifully minerality as well as a freshness and spice that shines throughout. It's a zipped up, high-quality Burgundy.
